The self-serve buffet option the meat is pre carved and placed into alfoil trays. We arrive approximately 15 minutes before your serve time and set up your
food on your table. You will have to supply some salad bowls for the salads and serving spoons. Once we have finished setting up your food we leave and
you and your guests help yourselves. Everything is disposable.

         - Roast ‘Grain Fed’ Pork with applesauce & crackling
         - Roast Lamb with mint sauce
         - Roast Beef with mustard
         - Baked Ham with honey mustard sauce

- Over 50 people choose five (5) salads and/or vegetables
- 30-40 people choose four (4) salads and/or vegetables
