We make our own hot & cold savouries ranging from marinaded chicken wings, mini
quiches kabana bites & savoury meatballs & cold anti pasto platters with selections of
salami, olives, cheese, dips, pâté, and crudités.

*Roast ‘Grain Fed’ Pork with applesauce & crackling
*Roast Lamb with mint sauce
*Roast Beef with mustard
*Baked Ham with honey mustard sauce

CHRISTMAS SELF-SERVE SPIT ROAST BUFFET

The self-serve buffet option the meat is pre carved and placed into foil trays. We arrive
approximately 15 minutes before your serve time and set up your food on your table. You
will have to supply some salad bowls for the salads and serving spoons. Once we have
finished setting up your food we leave and you and your guests help yourselves.
Everything is disposable.
